Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and workforce development. 2. Oversee all human resources practices and processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. 3. Maintain employee records with attendance according to policy and legal requirements. 4. Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire. 5. Manage contract labour attendance, their wages related documentation. 6. Assist in performance management processes. 7. Execute the employee's annual review procedures. 8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. 9. Design and manage competitive salary structures and benefit programs. 10. Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements. 11. Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates. 12. Conduct exit interviews and proceed for F&F process. 13. Organize events and conferences for employees. 14. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. 15. Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth functioning of the department. 16. Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement programs. 17. Resolve grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards. 18. Review for inside or outside clearing activity. 19. To follow all the cGMP Procedure. 20. Responsible for Preparation of SOP’s and process accordingly.
