The role:

Create viral or high-performing content in both short-form and long-form formats while staying ahead of meta-trends across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Here's what you'll be working on:

• Creating viral or high-performing short-form and long-form content
• Working with various formats including podcasts, talking heads, and more
• Staying current with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok meta-trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborating with the team on projects for high-profile creators and brands
• Adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Meeting strict project deadlines and timelines

The ideal candidate will:

• Be highly skilled and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Have proven experience creating viral or high-performing content in multiple formats
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok meta-trends, creators, and monetization strategies
• Be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Be extremely deadline-oriented with understanding of project timeline importance
• Be tech-savvy with quick learning abilities for new software
• Have a collaborative mindset focused on learning and growing as a team
