Key Responsibilities: Editing & Post-Production: Edit video content to create engaging, high-quality final products. Storytelling & Pacing: Ensure a smooth and logical flow of video content while maintaining brand consistency. Color Correction & Grading: Enhance the visual appeal of videos through proper color adjustments. Create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Edit user-generated content (UGC) ads, testimonial videos, and brand storytelling visuals. Motion Graphics & Effects: Add text overlays, animations, transitions, and visual effects where necessary. Audio Editing: Synchronize sound, remove background noise, and enhance audio quality. Content Adaptation: Resize and repurpose videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Technical aspects: Manage the technical aspects of video recording and editing, including capturing studio-quality video and photographs Audio editing: Use audio editing and sound design tools to ensure that the audio complements the visuals Soundtrack selection: Choose music to match the video and drive the story forward Requirements & Qualifications: Proficiency in Editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc. Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends: Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing. Worked in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing setup. Experience in editing high-performing ad creatives for brands. Understanding of UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats. Ability to repurpose video content for different social platforms.
