Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal, located in Sohna. The Vice Principal will assist in the daily operations of the institution, support the Principal in administrative duties, oversee academic programs, and manage staff and student affairs. Responsibilities include coordinating academic activities, ensuring compliance with educational standards, handling disciplinary issues, and fostering a positive school environment. The Vice Principal will also liaise with parents and staff to ensure the smooth running of the institution.

• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Academic Programs and Curriculum Development
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• A Master's degree in Education or related field is required
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
