Key Responsibilities: Academic Instruction: Teach a broad range of subjects, including language, mathematics, environmental studies, and basic sciences, to young children (typically in pre-primary or primary grades). Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the academic needs and interests of the children while meeting the curriculum standards. Use age-appropriate teaching methods, such as storytelling, play-based learning, and hands-on activities, to enhance understanding and retention. Continuously assess the academic progress of students through various formative and summative assessments. Emotional and Social Development: Create a warm and supportive classroom environment that fosters emotional well-being and positive relationships among students. Encourage social skills development through group activities, cooperative learning, and conflict resolution.
