Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Vice Principal located in Vapi. The Vice Principal will assist in the administration and management of the school, overseeing academic programs, staff development, and student activities. Duties include supporting the Principal in educational leadership, maintaining discipline, managing school operations, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. The Vice Principal will also be involved in curriculum development, student assessments, and fostering positive school-community relationships.

• Educational leadership and administrative skills
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Skills in student assessments and academic evaluations
• Proficiency in maintaining discipline and managing school operations
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community
• Previous experience in an educational administrative role is preferred
• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field
