Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal for a reputed Pharmacy College located in Piduguralla. The ideal candidate should possess 8+ years of academic experience, with strong leadership qualities and a commitment to quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in academic and administrative operations
• Supervise day-to-day academic activities and scheduling
• Ensure adherence to academic standards and compliance with regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with faculty for curriculum development and student assessments
• Support faculty development and performance reviews
• Lead student counseling, discipline, and welfare activities
• Contribute to NAAC/PCI/AICTE-related documentation and processes

Qualifications:

• M.Pharmacy (Ph.D. in Pharmacy preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in a pharmacy institution
• Familiarity with academic compliance and educational frameworks
