Vice President, Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

As a key member of the ESO Sourcing team located in Pune, Maharashtra (HYBRID), your responsibilities will include leading, negotiating, and managing contracts for various categories such as Human Resources, Facilities, Corporate Services, Subscriptions, and Professional Services. You will serve as the regional sourcing point of contact for India and Poland, coordinating and managing escalations within the Human Resources, Facilities, and Corporate Services categories. Additionally, you will be involved in vendor analyses, pricing assessments, and managing RFx processes of different sizes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience with a focus on Corporate Services, Facilities, Human Resources, or Professional Services. Your expertise should include managing end-to-end projects, negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks specific to the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in AI-driven tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position. As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will drive commercial excellence, optimize sourcing workflows, and enhance the internal client experience. Your role will involve negotiating complex contracts, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with Legal to structure agreements that balance risk and value.
