Vice President - SaT - National - SaT - EYP - Transaction Strat Exec -

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our team as a Vice President in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Build relationships with key corporate groups, lenders, and financial sponsors. Analyze the financial and operational positioning of stressed corporates to generate leads for opportunities. Develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in areas related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and debt restructuring. Coordinate pitch presentations to obtain new mandates from lenders and investors. Lead transaction execution, including daily management and project management, monitoring a team of Managers and Associates. Conduct business modeling and plan development, analyzing new sector trends. Provide inputs for group business plans and future practice direction. Evaluate economic and legal risks arising from engagements and adopt suitable risk management practices. Stay updated on new developments in the profession, business, industry, and regulatory environment, particularly in Insolvency regulation and restructuring. ### Job Requirements MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, and strategy verticals. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Investment Banks, M&A teams of large Banks, NBFCs, or Insurance companies, with successful deal closure experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital firms. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach. Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis, including preparing materials such as Information Memorandum, financial models, presentations, resolution plans, and rectification/restructuring/SDR package-based business plans.
