Your Mission

Lead SbyDs Sales transformation from project-based wins to strategic account partnerships. Own revenue growth, build a high-performance team, unlock new markets, and scale our impact in pharma, biotech, and research infrastructure across India.

What You’ll Drive

Sales Strategy

  • Define and execute aggressive sales growth plans across target sectors and geographies (PAN India).
  • Craft high-conviction go-to-market strategies tailored to SbyD’s positioning in the lab infrastructure and turnkey solutions market.

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Own topline, pipeline velocity, and conversion metrics.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets, drive forecasting accuracy, and deliver margin-positive growth.

Key Account & Influencer Relationships

  • Win trust of decision-makers: CXOs, scientists, procurement heads, PMCs, architects.
  • Build consultative selling relationships that influence design-stage decisions and drive repeat business.
  • Strong connect with design consultants and influencer community is highly preferred.

Sales Process Excellence

  • Institutionalize CRM discipline, funnel management, and proposal-win analysis.
  • Lead the sales lifecycle from inquiry bid negotiation closure handover, with precision.
  • Build and execute a compelling differentiation strategy to win against larger and lower-cost competitors.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead a team of regional sales managers, estimation engineers, and business development executives.
  • Hire, coach, and grow high-caliber talent; foster a culture of accountability and hunger to win.

Marketing & Commercial Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing for content, campaigns, and lead-gen alignment.
  • Work with estimation, design and project teams to build competitive, value-engineered solutions.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Track market trends, client shifts, and competitor strategies to stay steps ahead.
  • Recommend new offerings, pricing strategies, and customer segments to management.

What You Bring

  • 15–20 years in technical B2B sales, with strong exposure to turnkey lab infra / EPCM / cleanroom / pharma fit-outs / office turnkey projects.
  • Proven track record of PAN India business development and account leadership.
  • Strong leadership presence with ability to build and scale teams.
  • Fluent in technical pitching, value-based selling, and commercial negotiations.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical stream.
  • Willingness to travel 10–12 days/month PAN India.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to pharma, biotech, R&D labs, food, or specialty chemicals.
  • Background in consultative solution selling vs transactional deals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools, funnel management, and pricing strategy.
