What You Bring 15–20 years in technical B2B sales, with strong exposure to turnkey lab infra / EPCM / cleanroom / pharma fit-outs / office turnkey projects. Proven track record of PAN India business development and account leadership. Strong leadership presence with ability to build and scale teams. Fluent in technical pitching, value-based selling, and commercial negotiations. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical stream. Willingness to travel 10–12 days/month PAN India. Bonus Points Experience selling to pharma, biotech, R&D labs, food, or specialty chemicals. Lead and manage the QA/QC department across production lines for HVAC air filters and cleanroom components. • Implement zero-defect quality systems using tools like Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Conduct rigorous incoming, in-process, and final inspections with documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 and industry standards. • Design and implement audit protocols, CAPA systems, and non-conformance management. • Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, EN779, ISO 16890, and GMP standards for HVAC filtration products. • Establish and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs). • Drive continuous improvement through actionable insights, metrics, and performance dashboards. • Lead internal trainings and workshops to build a quality-first culture on the shop floor. • Work closely with R&D, Production, and Sales for seamless quality integration in new product development. Candidate Requirements: • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial or relevant discipline (mandatory). • 2 to 6 years of core experience in quality assurance within HVAC manufacturing, especially air filters. • Strong knowledge of HEPA/ULPA/Pre/Bag/Panel filter specifications, testing methods, and performance validation. • Practical exposure to automated inspection systems, ERP-integrated QA systems, and lean quality tools. • Firm yet professional personality able to command discipline, enforce processes, and resist compromise. • Demonstrated ability to manage audits, client inspections, and cross-functional quality reviews. • Knowledge of latest QA tools and digital platforms (e.g., Power BI, QC ERP modules, Smart Factory tools) is a plus. • Excellent documentation, communication, and people-management skills. Job Title: Director Semiconductor Fabrication Facility Design (HVAC, Process Utilities, Cleanrooms) Position Overview: The Director Semiconductor Fabrication Facility Design will lead the strategic planning, detailed design, and technical execution of advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities, with a specialized focus on HVAC systems, process utilities (ultrapure water, specialty gases, chemicals), and cleanroom environments . This role is responsible for ensuring the infrastructure supports high-volume, high-yield semiconductor production and complies with rigorous industry and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Facility Design Leadership Lead design strategy and implementation for semiconductor fabs, focusing on Class 11000 cleanrooms , HVAC systems , and process utility delivery (water, gases, chemicals, exhaust). Translate manufacturing and process equipment requirements into scalable, efficient facility design plans. Ensure integration of cleanroom architecture with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Process Utilities & Environmental Systems Oversee design and commissioning of: HVAC & filtration systems (temperature, humidity, particulate control) Ultrapure water (UPW) , wastewater treatment , and reclaim systems Bulk and specialty gas delivery (N, H, Ar, CDA, silane, ammonia, etc.) Chemical distribution , acid waste neutralization , and exhaust scrubbers Coordinate closely with process engineering teams to align facility design with tool sets and production flows. Project Execution & Oversight Lead cross-functional teams of internal engineers and external consultants (A&E firms, EPC contractors). Manage capital project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and design reviews. Conduct value engineering and risk assessments across mechanical and cleanroom systems. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) 18+ years of experience in semiconductor fab design or construction , with deep exposure to HVAC and utility systems Proven leadership on large-scale greenfield or brownfield semiconductor or pharmaceutical cleanroom projects Strong familiarity with design software and modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, CFD, BIM, etc.) Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of: Cleanroom airflow and contamination control Critical utilities: UPW, CDA, process cooling water (PCW), vacuum, gases Exhaust and abatement systems Hazardous chemical and gas handling infrastructure Strong understanding of cross-discipline dependencies (process tools, automation, EH&S) Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification or equivalent project management experience Experience with global fab standards (Intel, TSMC, Samsung, GlobalFoundries, etc.) Familiarity with LEED or sustainable facility certifications
