Job Title: Video KYC Executive (Male Candidates Only) Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Video KYC Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with customers via video calls, completing KYC documentation, and cross-selling banking products. You will ensure that the KYC process is completed accurately and efficiently, while building a strong relationship with customers throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Video KYC Process: Conduct video calls with customers to complete the full KYC process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and matches the information provided. Verify Documentation: Cross-check customer details and documents submitted during account opening to ensure they align correctly with the submitted KYC documents. Right Party Verification: Ensure the KYC process is completed by the right party, adhering to all security protocols. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong rapport with customers during the KYC process to enhance customer experience. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products during the KYC process and pitch them effectively. Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers, including taking callbacks when necessary, and ensuring all pending KYC tasks are completed on time. Required Skills:Good Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers via video calls. Customer-Centric Attitude: Ability to build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers throughout the KYC process. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure KYC documents are accurate and verified correctly. Sales Ability: Confidence in cross-selling additional banking products during customer interactions. Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity during all customer interactions. Qualifications:Education: Minimum graduation required (any discipline). Age: Must be 30 years or below. Location: Wagle Estate, Thane.
