Vendor Procurement Executive

Vendor Onboarding & Management: Identify and reach out to potential vendors in categories like materials, machinery, professionals, and properties. Explain ECS’s app benefits and registration process. Guide vendors to create and manage their profiles on the platform. Sourcing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service quality with vendors. Ensure procurement margins are aligned with business targets. Vendor Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the vendor master list. Ensure accuracy of vendor documentation, KYC, and service/product details. Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication with vendors for ongoing business and feedback. Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and professionally. Field Work: Conduct market visits and vendor meetings (as required) to verify services, stock availability, and quality. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure vendor readiness and smooth service delivery. 🧠 Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) Good understanding of the construction industry Ability to build long-term relationships Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile apps Self-motivated and target-driven Two-wheeler and license preferred (for field visits)
