Working closely with the Director Campus and Residential Life (DCRL) and Residence Life team to support student onboarding and offboarding processes, including room allocation, ensuring rooms are ready for occupancy, handing over and collecting keys, and preparing rooms for incoming residents. Liaising regularly with the Facilities team to report and follow up on facilities related issues to ensure timely resolution.
