Vehicle Manager

Eligibility : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a construction company. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repairs : Ensuring all vehicles are regularly maintained and promptly repaired to keep them in top condition. Fleet Logistics : Coordinating the transportation of vehicles to and from work sites, managing storage, and overseeing fuel consumption. Safety and Compliance : Ensuring all vehicles and drivers comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Cost Management : Monitoring and optimizing fleet expenses, including maintenance costs and fuel consumption. Driver Management : Hiring and managing qualified drivers for the fleet. Skills: Technical Knowledge : Understanding of construction vehicles and equipment. Leadership : Ability to lead and manage a team of drivers and maintenance staff. Analytical Skills : Analysing fleet performance and identifying areas for improvement. Time Management : Efficiently managing time to handle multiple tasks. Communication : Strong communication skills to interact with team members and vendors. Problem-Solving : Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
