Job Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos.
• Add transitions, effects, color grading, animations, and sound enhancements.
• Ensure smooth storytelling and a polished final product.

Creative Enhancements

• Work with motion graphics, visual effects, and animation when required.
• Maintain brand consistency in video styles and themes.
• Experiment with new trends, techniques, and editing styles.

Audio & Sound Design

• Sync audio with video, clean up background noise, and enhance voice clarity.
• Add sound effects and background music as per project requirements.

Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with the creative team, directors, and clients to meet video goals.
• Implement feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Content Adaptation for Different Platforms

• Edit videos in different formats for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TV, and websites.
• Optimize videos for ads, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

Key Requirements

✔ Education: Degree/Diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Experience: 1+ years (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
✔ Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Audition
✔ Skills:

• Strong storytelling & creative vision
• Good understanding of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of social media video trends and formats
