Hiring: Senior – US Taxation (Form 1065) – Financial Services

What You'll Do

Prepare and review complex Form 1065 tax returns (including Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3).
Handle compliance and planning for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and fund of funds (FoFs).
Ensure federal, state/local, and international tax compliance for financial services clients.
Work closely with global counterparts and clients, delivering exceptional advisory and tax services.
Train and mentor junior team members while actively participating in performance reviews.
Engage in tech initiatives, innovation, and process improvement.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on US Taxation experience (focus on financial services)
Experience preparing/reviewing Form 1065 and related schedules (K-1/K-2/K-3, M-1/M-2/M-3)
Must have worked on taxation for one or more of the following: → Hedge Funds → Private Equity → Venture Capital → Funds of Funds (FoF)
Strong experience with tax compliance
Background in consulting, Big 4, or CPA firms (No industry profiles)
Excellent communication and client interaction skills

⭐ Preferred (Nice To Have)

Certifications like CPA, CA, or EA
Familiarity with US financial services industry trends
