US IT Recruiter

Trichy

Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals in the US using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
Understand client requirements and submit suitable candidates within timelines
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Negotiate salary and hourly rates with candidates (W2, 1099, and C2C models)
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
Develop relationships with consultants and vendors
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with client and company policies and hiring standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3–5 years of US IT recruiting experience
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visas (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and time zones
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
