: INRAbout the role US IT Recruiter: The US IT Recruiter is a dynamic and rewarding role that involves working closely with our US-based clients to source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals in various technical positions. Key responsibilities include: Understanding client requirements and job descriptions Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and networking Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews Negotiating compensation and closing candidates for positions Working in alignment with US time zones to meet daily and weekly targets This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills (written and Verbal), a flair for client interaction, and a passion for recruitment. Internship Details: Duration: 1 month Location: In-office, SysMind Noida, Sector 62 Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST Stipend: Will be provided during the internship (15000 INR) Benefits: Free meal and cab facility (for female interns, fixed route) Conversion Opportunity: Based on performance during the internship, students may be offered full-time employment with SysMind
