Role & responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain video conferencing solutions using Jitsi Meet. Integrate Jitsi with existing backend systems, APIs, and third-party tools. Optimize performance and ensure secure, scalable video communication experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, and Design. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with latest trends and updates in WebRTC, Jitsi, and video technologies. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a premium institute (IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.). Minimum 3 years of experience with Jitsi Meet, WebRTC, and video conferencing tools. Strong understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, React, and related technologies. Familiarity with Jitsi architecture: Jicofo, JVB, Prosody, and lib-jitsi-meet. Experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Good knowledge of networking protocols (UDP, TCP, TURN/STUN). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Perks & Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based growth .
