Were looking for an experienced Channel Partner Sales Leader to build and scale our partner ecosystem globally. You will drive revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and enabling strategic partners, resellers, and distributors. Role & responsibilities Develop and execute a global channel partner strategy Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners Build joint go-to-market plans Drive partner-led revenue generation and meet/exceed growth targets Enable partners with training, sales collateral, and ongoing support Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, success) to ensure partner success Track partner performance and optimize channel ROI Represent us at industry events, partner summits, and conferences Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4-8 years of experience in SaaS sales or partner/channel sales Demonstrated success in revenue-driven partner sales roles Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise buying behavior Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel as needed What We Offer Competitive compensation (salary is not a constraint for the right candidate) Opportunity to lead a core function in a high-growth SaaS Company Work with a passionate and mission-driven team
