Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 6 months to 4 Years Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite) Work Hours: US Shift (EST) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 6 Months to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified technical professionals across various domains. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from US clients or account managers. Source potential candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews. Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability. Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates. Build and manage a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements. Ensure compliance with various US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.). Requirements: 6 months4 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with implementation partners like HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. Knowledge of IT domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Java, Data Engineering, etc. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Orwin). Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (preferred).
