US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team at Signature IT World Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various IT requirements and a solid understanding of the US hiring process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for our clients across the United States.

Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63 Noida (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in

  US IT recruitment

  (staffing agencies).
• Strong expertise in

  full-cycle recruitment

  , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Experience working with

  Implementation & Direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms

  .

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with

  US work authorization types

  (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Understanding of

  IT technologies

  like Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, and Networking.
• Proficiency with

  ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

  and sourcing tools like

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed

  .

Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation

  skills.
• Ability to handle

  high-volume recruiting

  and meet tight deadlines.
• Expertise in

  building talent pipelines

  and engaging passive candidates.
• Knowledge of

  US employment laws and hiring regulations
