Role : US IT Recruiter Experience: 6 months - 3 Years Shift Timings : US Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM ) Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Mode of Work : Work from Office Comfortable attending a face-to-face interview Role & Responsibilities: Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements and job demands. Source top-tier candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and internal databases. Screen and evaluate IT professionals. Experienced working on W2/Full Time roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and ensure a smooth interview process and timely feedback. Maintain and update candidate records using the ATS. Stay current with US work authorizations and market trends in IT recruitment. Preferred experience working on Engineering roles. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to build a solid talent pipeline.
