We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients in the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing techniques. Screen and evaluate candidates through resume review, phone screenings, and interviews. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and contract terms with candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain records. Stay updated on current US immigration laws, work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, OPT, TN, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099). Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines.
