Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals for various positions. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The recruiter will also communicate effectively with potential candidates and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Must have Good database.
• Must have exprience with State Clients.
• Experience in Hiring processes and procedures
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining and developing client relationships
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
