Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Technician Trainer to conduct training sessions for two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and truck technicians. The trainer will focus on topics such as fuel efficiency, BS6 and other new technologies, and relevant government or social schemes. Training content will be provided by Learnet. The goal is to enhance the knowledge, productivity, and efficiency of technicians, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training programs to vehicle technicians across the two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and truck segments.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics including:

o Fuel efficiency best practices

o BS6 technology and other emerging automotive trends

o Awareness of relevant social schemes and government programs

• Use training content, tailoring delivery to the audience’s understanding and experience level.

• Evaluate participants' performance and provide feedback.

• Prepare training reports and maintain attendance and performance records.

• Assist in the continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and industry updates.
