Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team for the Malad location. Develop hiring strategies to meet aggressive sales headcount targets. Own end-to-end recruitment for field sales, telesales, and agency hiring roles. Drive bulk hiring through job portals, references, walk-ins, and vendor coordination. Build a strong pipeline of sales candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. Monitor recruiter performance and ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met. Liaise with business heads to understand manpower requirements. Prepare and present hiring dashboards and reports to leadership. Requirements: 3 years of experience in sales hiring and bulk hiring (insurance domain preferred). Prior experience in leading recruitment teams is mandatory. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. Hands-on experience in using job portals, social media hiring, and vendor management. Must be available to join immediately.
