What is a Unit Head?

A Unit Head is the Student leader who establishes and oversees a Nivedan Foundation Unit at college or institution level. They serve as the primary bridge between the foundation and the campus community, ensuring that Nivedan’s programs run smoothly and achieve real impact.    

Unit Head's key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

• Establish a Nivedan unit within your college or institution.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor a team of student volunteers.
• Plan & execute welfare programs and community drives.
• Coordinate logistics, budgeting and resource allocation for all activities.
• Serve as the primary contact between your unit and the foundation.
• Organize regular team meetings and interactive session with volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with Nivedan’s goals and policies.
