UI/UX Designer

You will play a crucial role in our organization as a UI/UX Designer at Sanoha Global Private Limited. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct user research to understand their needs and pain points effectively. By creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, you will visualize design concepts that align with user expectations and business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define user interface designs and develop detailed user flows, personas, and journey maps for seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing feedback from usability testing to refine designs, staying updated with industry trends, and contributing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions. Your role will involve working closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs across various devices and screen sizes. Utilizing design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma, you will optimize user experience through iterative design processes and assist in setting design standards and guidelines for the team. To excel in this role, you are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes is essential. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch, coupled with an excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, will be beneficial. Your ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be highly valued. Moreover, your strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset will be crucial in this role.
