Strong understanding of people management, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with the financial services industry and its regulatory environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with experience using Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path, SQL, and Python being advantageous.
