We urgently require Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift. Roles and Responsibilities: - Taking inbound calls with printer, router, and antivirus issues from the customer. - Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. - Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. Benefits and facilities: - Fixed Salary on the 1st of every month in the Salary Account. - 24 leaves in a year + comp offs + birthday leaves. - Very Attractive Incentives. - No Extension of Shift Timings. - Friendly Working Environment. Candidate Profile: - Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year. - Must know how to close their own calls. - Must have good convincing and sales skills. - Candidates must be able to join immediately. - Salary: Rs. 15,000-22,000/month (fixed) + Huge Incentives. - Shift: US Shift. - 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (US Shift). - Working Days: 6 days.
