What You’ll Do:

• Research the latest trends

  in garments and fabrics
• Develop mood boards, trend presentations, and pattern references

• Propose design components

  for the application's pattern creation tool
• Work together with product and design teams to ensure features are in line with market trends

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion/textile design institute.

• Excellent understanding

  of

  color theory

  ,

  fashion aesthetics

  , and

  trend spotting.

• Familiar with design programs such as

  Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

  ,

  Canva

  , or

  PowerPoint.

• Keeps up with fashion and textile trends via

  WGSN

  ,

  Instagram

  ,

  Pinterest

  , and other platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of textiles, patterns, and pattern construction.
• The capacity to

  work remotely

  with design and product teams.

• Effective communication abilities

  and

  responsiveness

  to constructive criticism.
