Travel Sales Consultant(Spanish)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive with a strong background in handling UK and US travel clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel bookings in the UK and US markets.
• Provide travel consultation and itinerary planning using GDS software.
• Book and issue flight tickets, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and corporate accounts.
• Upsell travel-related services including insurance, upgrades, and packages.
• Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and resolve booking issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel sales, especially for the UK and US markets.
• Proficient in at least one major GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as per global time zones.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and travel portals is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in travel and tourism.
• Prior experience in a B2C or B2B travel agency setting.
• Knowledge of airline fare structures and travel documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
