Job Overview:

Journey Routers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem, stay updated on multiple travel destinations, and have the ability to precisely assess traveller requirements to customize travel packages accordingly. Strong communication and sales skills are essential to ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand guest travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to design tailored travel packages.
  • Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to create the best travel offerings.
  • Offer expert guidance on travel itineraries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, chats, emails to provide comprehensive travel solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about trending destinations, visa requirements, airline regulations, accommodations, and activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and create customized travel solutions.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
