Key Responsibilities:
Sell domestic and international travel packages, including hotels, and tours
Book and manage hotel, reservations using GDS systems
Provide travel advice and customized itineraries to clients
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Meet sales targets and generate leads through various channels
Maintain relationships with tour operators, and other travel partners
Stay updated on travel trends
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales
Good to have Knowledge of Andaman
Knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, and GDS platforms
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude
Bachelor's degree or diploma in travel, tourism, or related field
