As a Tour and Paperwork Coordinator for our factory in Kagzipura, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for managing factory guests, coordinating tours, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining all necessary documentation. Your role will require effective communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English to ensure seamless interactions with visitors and internal team members. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and coordinate factory tours, providing clear explanations of operations, workflow, and safety protocols. - Manage all paperwork and documentation related to the factory, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Oversee guest handling, including travel arrangements and hospitality, to create a positive experience. - Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth visits and inspections. - Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English to engage with guests and team members.
