About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant who can handle client calls with confidence, create customized travel itineraries, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and a flair for designing personalized travel plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound/outbound client calls promptly and professionally.
• Create and book cost-effective travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, etc.) through approved vendors.
• Design detailed and engaging itineraries for domestic and international trips.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage queries.
• Provide clients with relevant travel information and resources.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Notify the Travel Manager of any challenges or important updates.
• Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for basic outreach or client engagement.
• Deliver personalized travel solutions that exceed client expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
