Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting, and making reservations. They will handle customer service inquiries, ensuring an excellent travel experience for our clients. The day-to-day tasks include planning travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, and helping clients with their travel needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel software and reservation systems is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
