Terms: Permanent,9 Hours/Day, Full Time

Salary: Probation Period (6 Months)-INR 10-12K + Performance-based incentives for exceeding sales targets.

Confirmed Employee after probation period-3.5/4 LPA.

Requirements: Rotational Shifts/Roster- Week Off/6 days working

About the role: As a Fresher Travel Consultant at BMTN, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel arrangements. This involves directly engaging with interested customers, understanding their travel needs, crafting personalized itineraries, providing quotes, and ultimately converting leads into sales. You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, learning the intricacies of the travel industry and developing essential customer service skills. Responsibilities: · Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.

· Travel Planning: Ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed.

· Sales and Promotion: Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals

Candidate requirements:

· Passion for travel and customer service.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

· A diploma or degree in Tourism/Travel & Tourism or any related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Note:

Background verification charges of INR 1500* applicable during joining. Fees is refundable after a successful completion of probation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
