The Trainers / Technicians will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students and working professionals, as well as maintaining lab set-ups (Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation).
Developing and enhancing curricula in collaboration with industry partners.
Daily tasks will include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, maintaining training equipment, assessing participants' performance, and ensuring adherence to academic standards and industry requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in training.
Extensive experience in working with PLCs, CNC machines, Industrial Robots, Industrial IoT systems, Digital Twin technologies, CAD, and simulation software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a significant advantage.
