We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TRAINER to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 1313669 as the reference number. Job Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals. Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive training content using various tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
