TRAINEE OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Sense urgency in meeting deliverables TAT accuracy with a focus on customer impact, both direct and indirect.
• Demonstrate end-to-end process knowledge and understanding of SLA, stakeholders, TAT, and accuracy levels.
• Act as a team player, aligning with team goals and exceeding service process parameters.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements across various products and services.
• Identify, understand, and articulate product requirements from a customer's perspective.
• Prepare and generate MIS reports for regulatory/internal reporting, offering detailed process-related insights.
• Adhere to organizational risk policies and ensure efficient processing of transactions related to Account Maintenance.
• Manage domain capabilities including product/domain knowledge, system/application issue reporting, and process automation opportunities.
• Reconcile office accounts/GLs daily to address discrepancies and execute error-free transactions within agreed service standards.
• Provide ground-level insights for productivity improvements and proactive risk identification.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in FMCG trade, ideally with a managerial background.
• Proficiency in product/process understanding, stakeholder management, and exchange rate query resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deviations, and contribute towards quality work.
• Competence in client-centric approaches, compliance adherence, and capacity planning for effective organizational performance.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach towards change management initiatives.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service process parameters and adapting to dynamic transactional environments.
