Trainee- implementation

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Product Implementation Support:
• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of software solutions at client sites or remotely.
• Participate in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of the software.
• Client Interaction:
• Coordinate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
• Provide first-level support during and post-implementation.
• System Configuration:
• Perform basic setup, configuration, and data migration activities based on client requirements.
• Assist in customizing features as per the approved scope.
• Training and Documentation:
• Support in preparing training materials, user manuals, and system documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for client end-users under supervision.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and bug reporting.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure smooth rollout.
• Issue Resolution:
• Log, track, and resolve issues raised during the implementation cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, and support) for timely resolution.
• Process Compliance:
• Ensure all implementation activities adhere to defined internal processes and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and status updates.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry best practices.
• Participate in internal training programs to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
