We are seeking a motivated and professional Architectural Trainee to collaborate and work cohesively with our team. The desired individual will assist in streamlining the creative design of projects. This exciting and dynamic opportunity will challenge the ideal candidate to collaborate on compelling and effective architectural design. Responsibilities Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects both digital and print from idea/concept to execution. Evolve design concepts through phases from schematic ideas. Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables. Preferred Skills and Experience: Utilize with contemporary architectural design software, including Sketchup AutoCAD Architecture Team player with collaboration and communication skills who can also work autonomously Can do personality that thrives in a deadline-driven and rapidly changing environment Demonstrate quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work performed Required Technical Proficiency: REQUIRED PROFICIENCY: AutoCAD SketchUp Microsoft Office, at minimum Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint Desirable but not required: Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino, Grasshopper, V-Ray, Lumion, 3D Max
