We are passionate about creating seamless travel experiences for our customers, backed by professional service and industry expertise.We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Tour Consultant** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling customized holiday packages, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the booking and travel process. Key Responsibilities:* Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences (domestic & international).* Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages tailored to client requirements.* Provide accurate pricing, travel options, and package details to clients.* Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and other services.* Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.* Handle post-booking services, including amendments, cancellations, and support.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.* Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.* Maintain client records and follow up for feedback and repeat bookings.* Support marketing and promotional efforts for packages and offers. Requirements:* Proven 2 years of experience as a Tour Consultant or Travel Executive in a travel agency or tour company.* Good knowledge of global destinations, travel products, and itinerary planning.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to handle multiple bookings and clients efficiently.* Proficiency in travel booking tools, GDS systems, and MS Office.* Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
