Lead Indicators: % Adherence to Project Roll out timelines Adherence to cost of project Annual Budget Owned / Key Quantitative Parameters like Workforce managed etc. At pan India Level 167 Mn of Opex and 50 Mn of Capex, at each Project Lead level ~28 Mn of Opex amd ~9 Mn of Capex Risks, Challenges, Job Context (Short Description) This roles requires huge spectrum of collaboration and coordination with various functions at Cluster and corporate to get things done at much faster pace. Need to ensure all the work is carried out in accordance with HSW Guidelines. Ownership and execution of Opex and Capex is additional challenge.
