Title Program Coordinator

As the Junior Program Coordinator - Student Success and LMS Specialist at RACE (REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the student success process and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for our specialized programs in Cybersecurity. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth academic delivery, coordinating with industry trainers for learning material creation, conducting assessments, and managing certification programs in collaboration with various learning partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as admissions, marketing, and academics, to provide comprehensive support to our students. Your role will involve monitoring student progress, engagement, and data analysis through the LMS system. As a key point of contact for participants, you will troubleshoot queries, facilitate discussions, and ensure high levels of participant satisfaction. In addition, you will support faculty members in meeting learning outcomes, planning on-campus sessions, evaluating participant performance, and coordinating with industry professionals. Your role will also involve managing program trackers, collating learning materials, ensuring infrastructure readiness for sessions, and implementing processes to enhance program management efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or MBA, along with at least 2 years of experience in managing program offices for academic or training organizations. Proficiency in IT operations, ICT, and lab management is essential. You should possess excellent multitasking abilities, communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Prior experience with a learning management system and familiarity with technology tools for online learning will be advantageous.
