Title Captain/Server

You will be joining our team as a Restaurant Captain and Server, where your primary responsibility will be to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve welcoming and greeting guests warmly, accurately recording food and beverage orders, and serving them in a professional and timely manner. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities will be crucial for the success of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Captain and Server, you will be expected to provide recommendations on menu items, address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Additionally, you will supervise and train junior staff members, offering guidance and support as needed. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Captain and Server in a high-volume restaurant. Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently are essential requirements. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays will also be crucial for success in this position.
