Captain/Server

You will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner to create a pleasant dining atmosphere. Your main duties will include accurately recording food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system, and serving guests in a timely and professional manner. It will be your responsibility to provide recommendations on menu items and specials, respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues effectively. Collaboration with kitchen and bar staff is essential to ensure efficient and smooth service. As a Restaurant Captain and Server, you will also supervise and train junior staff members, offering guidance and support to maintain high standards of service. To excel in this role, you must have 1-2 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Captain and Server in a high-volume restaurant. Your knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques should be excellent. Strong leadership skills are crucial to manage and motivate your team effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact with guests and colleagues efficiently. Handling multiple tables and prioritizing tasks effectively are essential skills for this position. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
